It seems to be back up now. I’m not sure if it’s a fluke or if they have fixed it.

Our MegaPath Internet is down again. I have a support ticket started.
The circuit has finally been fixed. It was a bad VLAN and a bad network card at MegaPath I will transfer from the backup network at 4:30pm
No new updates. Our MegaPath Internet connection is still down. 4 days and counting. Contacting other vendors now.
@LVWELSHMAN they don't know yet. It's a routing issue on their end but they can't figure it out. Time for a new ISP.
MegaPath will have a technician here on Thursday morning. Sorry, but another day of slowness on our backup network.

@MegaPath there is a lot more to the story that I can't explain in a tweet. I will only say your company has a lot of work to do.
@MegaPath they don't seem to understand the products and know how to properly triage the support. MegaPath has some organizational issues.
@MegaPath yes, it was painful. Some if the support techs are not trained properly. Wasted a day because they opened a ticket with XO.
MegaPath has restored service to our phone lines.
Looks like MegaPath accidentally cancelled our SIP trunks again. I'm concerned they may hose our Internet too because of incompetence.
This only affects our phone system.
