One month into the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the total number of confirmed cases surged to 800 between Monday and Tuesday - about 300 more cases than the week prior. Meanwhile, across the border, Uganda is in proactive protection mode, with no new cases for the past 11 days. Ugandan health officials tell CBS News they are happy with their response and results. Uganda has had 19 confirmed Ebola cases with two deaths - all traced back to the Congo. Official border crossings have been shut.
