@ThuliMadonsela3 @British_Airways Yes wish SAA were back in LHR fly about 4 times a year LHR to JNB, always something goes wrong with BA, paid for seat again recently and then moved to middle seat Oct, bags lost 24 in August, flight delayed March, flight delayed Jan No service from staff, no room, food shocking

@British_Airways Any Chance we are going to get out on BA57 LHR to. JNB tonight or is this just the delay again in the run into cancelling it after sitting around the airport for hours? Plane here since 05.30 am told it was pulled for maintenance not promising.!

Technical issues!!!! Changed over to Vodafone on a business account 10 days ago now! Mobile is still not active, promises etc phone calls to care line not returned and excuses.

#britishairways Again just landed on BA0057 into JNB this morning, no luggage!!! No one to speak to, ref number given does not work to track, App keeps crashing, booking ref no recognised on sitting!!!!!!
