@BusAndTrainUser Hopefully, the current difficulties can be resolved sensibly and speedily. It will be really good to see the full hydrogen fleet delivered and in service. As you've explained, housing electric vehicles will be difficult at CY because of the limitations of the site.

Lets not forget, the fleet of brand new at the time expensive hydrogen double deckers stored up here on merseyside, non been in full service as yet @Merseytravel almost 2 years.

@BusAndTrainUser There is no longer a bus service serving the Durrants Westfield Estates and the elderly people now have to walk down to the main road to catch the X5 and walk back up some hills to get home which many would find difficult. The bus was nearly full on the first am journey.
@BusAndTrainUser He did receive subsidy for serving Castle Village. I assume perhaps that subsidy ended on 31st March in favour of HertsLynx and he decided to end the service. A great shame his service was heavily used in the mornings from Northchurch estates to Berkhamsted by many elderly people
@BusAndTrainUser Little Jim was a one person operation and was getting older - I believe over 70 and he drove all the service 6 days a week. I believe the last week of operation he had issues with his bus and hired a vehicle in. I knew he had been planning to give up at some point.
