@Budget solid work today, car pick up set for 8am. No employees showed up and the customer service rep on the phone had no way to find out what was going on. Just terrible service. Waited 30 min past location set opening time and left.

Once again, @Budget charged me a fuel surcharge of $18.99 after I brought the car back full and showed my receipt Feels like this happens every single time I rent a car from them I’m petty so I’m going to dispute this but I’m not sure how this happens every. single. time.
