Brazil voted with Russia and China on a draft resolution in the UN Security Council today, to open an investigation on the terrorist attack on the Nord Stream pipeline. The remaining 12 voting members of the council abstained.

@BrianMteleSUR @wyattreed13 The CIA didn't blow up the pipeline, it was a botched robbery carried out by either Vladimir Putin or a pro Ukrainian affiliated group.
@BrianMteleSUR 12 members of the UN security council #abstained? So these ppl get paid with #taxpayers money for deciding, "We are not going to be bothered with learning the facts." Meanwhile the escaped methane causes environmental issues which affect the taxpayers who paid for this charade
