Bitcoin friends, it's honest opinion time. What do you think about the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP) as a Bitcoin Layer? Benefits: 1. No gas or network fees on txns 2. Host websites fully on chain 3. Affordable blockchain storage 4. Bitcoin bridge 5. Ordinals bridge 6. BRC-20 bridge (almost) 7. Hold Bitcoin in a smart contract 8. Do L1 BTC txns from smart contract 9. Full stack DAOs (no centralization) 10. Easy languages (Rust, JS, Python) 11. Build decentralized BTC indexers 12. Bitcoin light node running on chain There are many tradeoffs that make these features possible, and I'm happy to dig into any of them. But I really want to know what you think.
@BobBodily Don’t call them bridges. They are native integrations.
@BobBodily What’s the best place to test this?
