Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts as we mourn the passing of Senator Lindsey Graham. You are the God who gives and takes away, and in this time of loss, we lean on Your promise in Psalm 34 that You are close to the brokenhearted. Thank You for the life of this dedicated servant. We remember his steadfast love for our nation and his strong support for the United States. He worked hard to protect freedom and stand firm in what he believed was right. Like the faithful workers in Your kingdom, he gave many years to public service with courage and commitment. Lord, we ask that You welcome him into Your eternal presence with open arms. Grant him the peace that passes all understanding, as You promise in Philippians 4. Comfort his family and friends who feel this loss deeply. Surround them with Your love and strength during these difficult days. Guide our country now as we face this change. Help our leaders to follow paths of justice and wisdom, just as Your Word teaches in Proverbs. May we all remember that our true hope rests in You, not in any one person.
