When I have nothing to eat, Swiggy is my last resort, but ordering today was a terrible decision. I don't know how these restaurants get an FSSAI certificate. Swiggy is completely careless about its customers. My wife received a frozen and rotten chicken and had to throw the food away. It was a complete waste of money. Who actually cares about our health? Okay I have recharged wrong number it's my fault but when I didn't receive the facility of any service why would I pay the full? Deduct some amount rest refund like railways do! And the most interesting fact is that the number which I have recharged it's inactive. So now say aren't they scammers?
