It is great to see that the $BIT block reward redirect that we activated are operating as expected. We are working on the $BIT staking and bridge at the moment. Both are very important to the BIT protocol ecosystem. It will take us some time to deliver them as the dev work is heavy and we will ensure both are 100% safe to use. $BIT block reward allocation will be activated at block height 956,659. 60% of $BIT will be allocated to miners with a condition that they need to support $BIT and run $BIT nodes. All spending of the $BIT treasury in the grants (community + ecosystem builder) and BIT DAO will be based on community voting for full transparency. The detailed mechanism of $BIT staking and voting will be shared at a later stage.
