In any case, the funding fees do not go to the exchange, the funding rate is a periodic payment exchanged between traders holding long and short positions. Because perpetual futures do not have an expiration date, this mechanism acts as a balancing force to prevent the futures price from drifting too far away from the spot price. Also check the indications of the white arrow as there was a price fluctuation during that time, but the price of your Spot Buy order was correct.
