A difficulty of year 2 of pandemic teaching is that we are short staffed. Part of the issue is one that predates Covid: we do not pay our support staff a decent wage. With current conditions, it’s no wonder that we aren’t attracting new applicants. #PayParasMore

Teachers are doing their best to help students be ready to learn in the remote learning environment. I hope these “learning tubs” help my students enjoy our virtual lessons.
