@BenXGowland @drgandalf52 ... which may straddle 2 borough footprints but which are already very well established. Change at PCN level could be very disruptive and destabilising.

The role of the CD becomes ever more precarious- a role in performance management of practices yet the funding for CDs is no longer ring fenced so if they upset member practices, they may not get paid- no conflicts here at all then!! You couldn’t make it up could you?
