@currys @Dadgey I see you’ve asked the court for an extension to file a defence. Don’t you think having somebody competent or senior pick up the phone would be a better way to resolve this? I’d call them myself but I don’t have a number other than your outsourced call centre who don’t get it! 😬

Can't believe @currys / @currysplc have made it SO difficult to communicate and get a refund for a faulty product returned more then 2mo ago that we were left with no choice but to issue court proceedings. Wonder if they'll ever respond?🤯

@Dadgey @currys @currysplc An electronic keyboard worth £119. Funny thing is I’m 99% certain there is no dispute over the refund being due. It’s literally just incompetence in their outsourced customer service team. Hopefully, their legal team can overcome the incompetence!
