I've received a delightful complaint from a reader detailing all the errors in one of my books. Every single error with page numbers and corrections. Problem is, every single one of the errors they've flagged isn't an error. It's merely an instance of UK English. Every one.
@BenGalley There are also some punctuation differences. For example, US writers (when done to US standards, which many do not know) punctuate the end of quoted material like this: She answered him with “That’s all I know.” UK writers would do this: “That’s all I know”.
