It’s amazing how our government worked just fine for over 200 years without presidential immunity until Trump came along.
@TheUSASingers Funny that, isn’t it?
@RebekahWriter @TheUSASingers Wrong. Read the Constitution.
@Bellawoodburny1 @TheUSASingers The government didn’t work for 200+ years?
@RebekahWriter @TheUSASingers Read this since you’re clearly not familiar with the Constitution.

@Bellawoodburny1 @TheUSASingers No, I’m familiar with it. Presidential immunity is limited, as it should be. For example, when Nixon committed federal crimes in office, he needed a pardon to avoid prosecution.
@RebekahWriter @TheUSASingers Actually, he didn’t commit those crimes. That’s why Ford was able to “pardon” him. Ford sat on the Warren Commission and blackmailed his way into the WH. Ford knew Nixon wasn’t guilty.
@Bellawoodburny1 @RebekahWriter @TheUSASingers Mmmm... You really don't know what you're talking about!
@Bellawoodburny1 @RebekahWriter @TheUSASingers A pardon is a literal admission of guilt. This isn’t rocket science.
