@Ask_Spectrum Not sure what your service appt protocol is but I'm betting it's NOT call the customer once then leave without even bothering to knock on the door. Pretty aggravated about this & now waiting for 3-4 days for another appt. 😠

Pretty sure @ATT is still using a DOS based system for their wireless phone service. And their customer service is most likely the worst that I've ever encountered. #hoursofmylifewasted

@ATT I've never been so frustrated with customer service. A discount causes a billing cycle change? 5 phone calls over 3 weeks to determine the issue is TOO much.

Seriously WTF did you do to your car alarm so that EVERY time my dog barks it sets off the alarm? This has been going on for more than 2 weeks and ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY. Sometimes living in the city SUCKS!
