Your work ethic determines your results, not your genes. Don't make excuses, adjust your diet, adjust your workouts.
Most people never run far enough on their first wind to find out they've got a second.
Keep in mind what keeps you motivated. Don't lose your drive.
You can't get much done in life if you only work on the days when you feel good.
Trade fat abs for flat abs. Even if u workout-- you won't be able to see the results of your hard work until you clean up your diet!!
Don't keep images of super models and pro athletes in your mind. Keep the BEST version of yourself and your personal goals at the forefront.
Whenever you're feeling a little stressed out, let it all out at the gym.
It's not a problem to make mistakes, everyone does, but it is a problem if you don't learn from them.
Put those headphones in & go for a nice run. Free Therapy.
Don't let someone who gave up on their dreams talk you out of yours.
You can throw in the towel, or use it to wipe your sweat. Your choice.
On good days I workout. On bad days I workout harder.
Fitness is not 40% gym and 60% diet. It's 100% dedication to the gym and your diet.
Sometimes you might think you are feeling hunger when really your body is just thirsty!!
It WILL be difficult. It WILL take time. It WILL require sacrifice. It WILL be worth it.
If you're on the treadmill next to me, the answer is yes, we are racing.
Fast bicycle crunches, slow bicycle crunches. Burn baby burn.
It WILL hurt. It WILL take time. It WILL require dedication and sacrifice. But it WILL be worth it.
Don't forget your post workout protein: shake, eggs, cottage cheese!! Get it in! Let those muscles recover and repair!

Today was so long and crazy... 8 hours at the theatre, now heading to the gym O_O
28 miles on my bike yesterday in less the 2 hours and 1 and half hour at the gym weight lifting for my shoulder. Today I am so sore
My legs hurt but I half to go to the gym anyway
I guess he's not done lol... I can only do so much at one time, meanwhile he's doing nearly everything in the gym 😳 lol overachiever
On the plus side I went to the Gym today #POWPOW #deadlift100kg
