@BritishGas I’ve dealt with some poor companies over the years but quite simply British Gas is simply the worst company with the worst Austin’s service I have experienced in my life.

@VOGCouncil your website won’t open an account. Can I report grass/areas that need cutting. Alleyway between readers way and Brandon view close and also brambles on readers way near junction for lower farm court. Overhanging pavements.

@Complaintssza I’ve shared it with you via dozens of emails and several phone calls. Will go to ombudsman now

@MartinSLewis The value of the investment may have reduced but you only lost the money once you made the decision to withdraw the funds.

@Complaintssza Amazing isn’t it. You ignore my calls and requests to call me for weeks and ignore dozens of emails. Yet put something out in public and you respond straight away as if you actually care. It’s ok - Energy Ombudsman can deal with it now.

@BritishGas so was being put through to a manager today and told 15 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later the manager comes in the phone as if nothing has happened then hangs up. Your service is abysmal!!

@thatmarkperkins This is happening too much and unfortunately not everyone is in the same position as you to be able to tell them where to go. But you definitely did the right thing. The only way this practice is going to get stopped.

@Ryanair first time flying with you for quite some time tomorrow and I can see why people think you are money grabbers. Lots of seats free yet you separate me and my wife so we have to pay for a seat allocation to sit together.
