@Starbreakersohi @sketching204 Also the "cartoon in a world where their actors" is very much a factor, but I think Buttons being essentially a normal dog for all intents and purposes would still make it feel mean spirited. Similarly to how even if it's staged, seeing an animal getting berated is frowned upon

@Starbreakersohi @sketching204 I dunno, just seems more mean spirited. Like if Buttons didn't care so much he could just take the one punishment for Mindy being put in danger and then it'd be actually DESERVED. And Mindy would be OK cause the girls beyond lucky.
