I can love somebody that doesnt love me back and leave it at that. Dont get me wrong the longing can definitely be painful but i realised that love respects autonomy so even when the love isnt reciprocated it is A OK as the only thing i truly want is for them to be happy!

I have also figured out that i dont have to ask permission to love people. It doesnt matter if said person is already in a committed marriage, as long as im respecting the marriage and boundaries and not hurting myself in the process im good.
