Routine that worked really well for me: 🔸 20 min before the game: 10 min of plyos & catch play. Can stay under 40 throws 🔹 10 min before the game: 10 min off the bullpen mound and ~25 total throws. I only need about 10 - 15 pitches off the bump before I'm ready
