A combination of lines from Troilus and Cressida and Richard II by William Shakespeare. Located in the parlor of Sarah Winchester, heiress to the Winchester Repeating Arms Company. The only stained glass window in the 240,000 sprawling 160-room mansion sq ft Labyrinth that contains any writing inside- The Winchester Mystery House in San Jose, CA. The house is famous for its disorienting, maze-like architecture, including features like doors opening to blank walls and stairs leading to ceilings, which fuel the legend that it was built to appease the spirits of victims killed by Winchester rifles. Carl Jung had this painting above his desk, apart of the Red Book. A book containing a collection of images he painted or drew - and would use these images to unlock the mystery to gain insight into the inner workings of the subconscious in his patients. Far more elaborative than the now faded out inkblot test. On top of being on of the greatest minds in expanding the field of Psychology into Psychoanalysis (Analytical Psychology) - He was a SUPERB Artist. “Only one who has risked the fight with the dragon and is not overcome by it wins the "treasure hard to attain." They alone have a genuine claim to self-confidence, for they have faced the dark ground of their self and thereby have gained themselves.
