I woke up today not wanting to do my one hour morning exercise. I reminded myself why I am doing this, and got my a$$ on my treadmill. If I can do it with debilitating health issues, anyone can. We are stronger than we think. 💪🏼

I started this fitness journey 3/18. One hour a day, cut soda cold turkey & I’ve been eating healthier watching my calorie intake. My goal was to loose 6lbs. I am down 3lbs, and I now have so much more energy, strength, and I sleep better. I am so much happier too. 🙌🏼
