Avoid plastic bottle number 7! The reason is the presence of BPA (Bis phenol -A) it's synthetic but can mess up with your hormonal balance as it can mimic 17 - beta estradiol. P.S: Don't use plastic with a PC written on it for the kitchen or the self consumption.

One small thing protects your online life. That “S” in HTTPS. Most people ignore it. Hackers don’t;) 1/3: -HTTP: What you type can be read by others. Passwords. Messages. Details. -HTTPS: What you type is locked. Only the website can read it. That’s the difference.
