@ImmyKaur If you’re the boss, it’s your call. Take a stance, get a lawyer, expect an employment tribunal but make a decision as indecision makes your staff suffer. I’d look at my FD, say you need a restructure, sack everyone unvaccinated and move on.

@KSC_319 @Sofology Don't bank on it. Easily the worst furniture company around. If you can cancel the order, do it and go elsewhere. We only managed to speak to someone after a credit card claim and reporting to furniture ombudsman. Still didn't do anything to fix the issues.

@garyturner How does excluding cash coding from the Starter packing on @Xero benefit “partners” in anyway. Lost efficiency, increase in costs. It’s a nonsensical money grab. And your @Xero support couldn’t be less interested in discussing so coming straight to you, sorry.

@garyturner @Xero @stevevamos @roddrury True, but the reality is often large scale transactions are involved in onboarding small business. And cash coding is not really a client facing function. I believe many accountants will tell their clients to stay away from it.
