@zerohedge PPI coming in lower than expected... guess inflation’s finally taking a breather. The Fed doesn’t have to play bad cop with rate hikes... Stocks are gonna eat this up and growth companies are probably going to pump due to borrowing costs.

@realEstateTrent half of it is to have a mechanism to depreciate and reduce tax bill for other sources of income. Any spending you to deal with the house and it’s issues, you write off against your other income. Everything else is gravy imo

You’ve made what… one call that hasn’t worked out? $HSHP, $PBR, $EC, $HAFNIA.TO and many others have printed cap gains and 20% dividends…. Not to mention that in 2020/2021 it was an amazing call to be long VTNR. And then you told everyone to get out before it dropped because you thought it ran too much. Keep doing what you’re doing. Marhelm is worth every penny…. And it’s not even close Anyone complaining is ridiculous.
