This creates a new challenge for oracle infrastructure. Pricing public equities is relatively straightforward because liquid markets already provide observable prices. But many RWAs — private credit, real estate, trade finance and other private assets — don’t have a continuous market price to simply “feed” on-chain. Their valuation may depend on multiple dimensions: cash flows, interest rates, credit risk, maturity, collateral quality, comparable assets, third-party assessments and market conditions. So the next generation of RWA oracles may need to go beyond price delivery. They may need to become valuation and market intelligence infrastructure — combining multiple data sources and models to produce not only a price, but also a valuation range, confidence level and risk signals. For Atlas, this is where we see the role of the oracle evolving.
