@JustinTrudeau @cafreeland @HonAhmedHussen There aren’t enough provisions in the budget to discourage pre construction assignment flipping. Rather than just imposing HST which the seller might ask the buyer, just introduce a flipping tax on the seller. Most of the pre construction condos are gobbled by the investors.

@megirish2001 @ManMundra @Vedmalik1 I had the honour of being Sudhir’s classmate at Sainik School Sujanpur Tira. He was a totally humble, down to earth person filled with patriotism. May his memories live in our lives for ever. A biopic on his life would be a perfect tribute to his sacrifice for the nation.
