A Tip for front-end developers 💡 Mastering UI/UX will set you apart from your peers in any task. I've worked with many frontend developers, but only two stood out as exceptional, earning higher pay than the backend engineers on the team. The reason was they were magnificent in UI/UX. In my experience, the best front-end developers I've worked with are the ones who also understand UX and understand how websites should look like. Invest your time in learning both because they're a superpower that will help you see things differently.
