@DJAlanMorgan@Argos_Online I did exactly the same yesterday! They had changed my BNPL from 12 months to 6. I didn’t realise till I set up the new Argospay. How is this even allowed! My BNPL needed paying by next week and I was under the impression I had 6 more month left. Customer service awful!

@ArgosHelpers I have been emailed to say I have set up a Argos pay account when I 100% haven’t done this on my own accord. I’ve also not ordered from you this year so unsure how this has happened. I also tried to get a hold of your customer service team today and left on hold…
