@_jayd3e That should do the trick! Sometimes people have team-wide emails such as [email protected] as well, but comma-delimited should work
@steven_cuthill Just the social auth at the moment, I'm not too familiar with SAML but I'll look into it! What kind of tests did you have in mind?

@nekbet Hey Mike! They're automatic at the moment and trigger 5 and 3 days before expiration (may be tuneable in the future)

TL;DR is that alerts will resolve and re-trigger less frequently when experiencing a partial outage.
Adjusted the sliding window alerting algorithm to reduce noise from partially resolved services, in response to the us-east-1 partial outage
