Unlike non-voters who rarely, if ever, vote, the “Other Swing Voter” are those who swing between voting in some elections and not voting (or voting third party) in other elections. These OSV are most likely to be young people, and especially young Black and Latinx voters.
In 2022, we partnered with @GenForward_UChi and @BlackVotersMtr on a research project to explore how young people—and young people of color in particular—are thinking about our political system, voting, and power.
