I often don't give myself enough credit, and often seek it from others....
Some of the negative self-talk I give myself would NEVER be spoken to another human being aloud.
My standards are so high, they're really unattainable. I don't know why I bother.

I can handle facts and logic, but don't really like to. I prefer to focus on the human and what they bring ...
