Our biggest issue isn't just results. It's stagnation. Football has evolved. Moyes hasn't. Our football remains reactive, cautious & short on ambition. Meanwhile, our 4-man recruitment team has to repair an ageing, unbalanced squad with little pace, creativity or resale value.
