@AndrewDesiderio @MuellerSheWrote If there's ever a republican president dems better use the debt ceiling to get something they want...it amazes me that Dems always give in...
@AndrewDesiderio It won’t make progressives happy, but it’s not the bitterest pill to swallow (especially in light of what could happen if we default). I suspect that this will enrage the far right though, and they’ll take their wrath out on McCarthy.
@AndrewDesiderio @MuellerSheWrote I’m not mad about finding ways to budget better. We should have never given ppp loans to people who didn’t need it
@AndrewDesiderio What about the money for the IRS so that they can recover tax payments from the very wealthy? Will they still have the money to work on this? We need the revenue. Besides, it's galling that the wealthiest among us pay the least and/or get away with not paying what they owe.
@AndrewDesiderio @JackPosobiec @JackPosobiec are you honestly excited about this trash? You think continuing to fund ACTUAL Tyrants is a good negotiation?
@AndrewDesiderio @carlquintanilla All that matters to me is my calls will now print on Tuesday. Don’t care which side wins or loses when I do. Because fact is, like you, I’m not a mega donor and they care a lot less than most of you think.
