The first reason is that "Infinite ANANTA" is a free-to-play multi-platform game that we want as many players as possible to enjoy. By progressing through the story, players can acquire characters for free, allowing them to experience the lives of each character. Finally, the third point is that monetization is done through purchases like skins and cosmetics. Just as you buy clothes when something makes you happy in the real world, we hope you'll enjoy skins and cosmetics in the game as well. Of course, these elements do not affect game progression or equality. The mobile version offers the "best experience" even on mobile.
