Allocator @AllocatorSol

Where ALLOC comes in: 15% of every pot that pays out buys ALLOC and burns it, whichever coin wins the hour. The pad itself is not open yet. It opens when its program goes live, and the site shows the moment it does: allocator-psi.vercel.app

The pot can do one thing: buy and burn. The program has no withdraw instruction, and anyone can send the transaction that spends a settled hour. Each closed hour also carries a price ceiling, so a buy into a curve someone pumped right in front of it is refused, not filled.

When a coin bonds and moves to the pool, it leaves the race. Its creator fees keep flowing into the pot, but it no longer competes for it. Its curve empties at that moment, so there is no honest hour left to measure. The program refuses it as a winner.

Some hours nobody wins. If no coin ends the hour in the green, or the pot holds less than 0.05 SOL, nothing is spent. The pot carries into the next hour, and the next winner takes the bigger pot.

Every hour the pot is split two ways. 85% buys and burns the hour's winning coin. 15% buys and burns ALLOC, the pad's own coin. Every coin on the pad feeds the same pot, so trading on any of them ends up as a burn.

What the winner gets: 85% of the pot buys that coin on the market, and every token that buy produced is burned. No airdrop, no treasury, nothing to claim. SOL goes in, supply goes out.

The coin with the highest net SOL in takes the hour. One coin, never two. A coin that ends the hour flat or down cannot take it, whatever happened in the middle of it.

How does a coin win an hour? Net SOL in. Take the SOL sitting behind its bonding curve at the end of the hour and subtract what sat there at the start. That is buys minus sells, read straight off the chain. Nothing to parse, nothing to argue about.

A quick heads-up: we hit a technical issue while bringing the pad online. The full launchpad, with the pot and the hourly rounds, will be live in a few minutes. ALLOC itself trades as normal on pump.fun.

A round on Allocator is one hour, UTC. Top of the hour to top of the hour. Every coin on the pad races in the same hour. At :00 the hour closes, the pot is spent, and the next hour starts from zero for everyone.

When you launch a coin on Allocator, the fee split is written in the same transaction that creates it: 100% of the creator fees to the pot, and the fee sharing admin revoked on the spot. After that, nobody can point those fees anywhere else. Not the dev, not us.

Allocator is a launchpad on Solana where coins don't keep their creator fees. Every coin launched through it sends 100% of them into one shared pot. Many coins, one pot. And every hour, that pot goes to work for exactly one of them.
