If you trade gold as a day trader focus on 2 times (GMT): 9am-10:30am 2pm-3:30pm 90% of my trades sit in between those times, I have models solely built around those times. Get 2 years of data on those times, you may find something interesting.
Your biggest problem with trading is wanting to trade Take a break, you don’t have to catch every move I used to spend every waking minute looking at charts wanting to trade. But, that was counteractive as my risk in the market increased, take a step back, wait for the market.
Very rapid price today with gold, wild day for sure. Shame the bears didn’t come in slightly earlier for the London reversal but regardless passed a phase one in 40 minutes 😂

Anything above 10% a week is good for me. I traded in GM right before I learnt thee concepts... Gave me the correct foundation
