@ar2985457 @Etsy @EtsyHelp I have the same problem. A technical error happened during ID verification 9 days ago and nobody is solving it. I’ve been selling for 6 years and the submitted documents weren’t an issue in the past. Unbelievable.

@nabeela111 @Etsy I have submitted my ID and selfie as they requested that last week, verification failed because the Etsy Seller app camera access had issues so I had to use my DSLR and made clear photos. Nothing has been solved so far.
