@alberg easy fix, no? Even waze knows what the speed is within this geo-location and adjusts the speed in construction zones based on reports and state regulated speeds in such zones. Sad for the kid who died

@nationalgridus Update. Called customer service. Spoke to CS manager - Shannon. She simply hung up on me. Called again - she is unavailable. While I am suggesting a reasonable process improvement - No one from your company cares that the family didn’t sleep for 2 nights. Have VP of CS call me

@nationalgridus located in Hicksville Long Island. 2 days in the row, we come home to these notes on the door. Yesterday tech came at 12:30 am. Today’s ETA is between midnight and 7 am. Customer service and emergency line is useless. Please escalate.
