Qatar lost my bag, flight from jhb to doh entertainment center never worked, only got fed one meal, second flight doh to per very uncomfortable seats, food was terrible, ran out of food.no reply to any complaints. I want a refund @qatarairways @qrsupport

@qatarairways Where do i have to do the complain. I had a very bad experience because of engineering issues and the supervisor told me thay she has made a report & i ll be informed but almost 2 days and no email . Please helo me to claim such compensation as my wife became sick

Mr. @fkeyamo, now that you have resumed office sir, please look into this matter sir. @qatarairways sold and rescheduled our flights without notifying us and has refused to refund our money. It's been a week now and not a word from them.

I’m filing a lawsuit against Qatar Airways for their refund process! they toy around with people for years without providing you with your refund until you give up! been waiting for over 3 years and they’ve been telling me my case is escalated since COVID!! @qatarairways SCAM!!

@CellekCaner @qatarairways Worst airline ever! Not only changed our flights, flights were then delayed and we arrived at our destination much later than planned. cherry on cake: lost 1 of our 6 bags and has been two weeks with no sign of the lost baggage and ZERO updates or communication on tracking. 🤬🤬

@qatarairways My booking number was OYNKTO. For QR AirHelp telling me that the delay and inconvenience caused was under 3 hours is totally unacceptable and a blatant lie. The professional standard of QR is going down the drain rapidly. #qatarairways #qatarairwaysbadservice

@qatarairways Part 2. My original ETA at final destination was 14:40 on 9 August but the delay caused by QR resulted in it being 22:03. I filed a complaint through Air Help who responded that the delay was only 3 hours!!!! This is RIDICULOUS. #qatarairways #qatarairwaysbadservice

@qatarairways terrible customer service. After amending a name on a ticket my allocated seats were cancelled (seats I've paid for) and the only response from customer service was 'go on the website, ask for a refund, buy new seats'. What kind of customer service is that?

@qrsupport Dear @qrsupport and @qatarairways I made this complaint here about my refund funds not yet repatriated even though it’s three months after at the beginning of this month and you reassured me it’s being looked into.
