🌍Advancing the #FreeMovement of Persons Regime in the IGAD Region 🔄| #IGADMigration 𝟭/ Experts from @IGADSecretariat and @AddisILO are in Juba, South Sudan 🇸🇸, engaging with key stakeholders on the ratification and domestication of the IGAD Protocol on Free Movement of Persons by the @SouthSudanGov. At the inception meeting, the #IGAD delegation, led by Action Coordinator @LucyDaxbacher, together with #ILO Chief Technical Officer, Ephrem Getnet, met members of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Legislation and Justice and the Council of States’ Legal Affairs Committee to advance dialogue on the Protocol’s adoption and implementation.
