Chiefs’ TE Travis Kelce needs 16 receiving yards today vs. the Chargers to record his eight straight season of at least 1,000 receiving yards. Chiefs are expected to give Kelce a chance to get it today even though their playoff seed and spot is locked in. No other tight end ever has recorded more than two straight 1,000-yard receiving seasons.
@AdamSchefter Literally Greg Olsen
@AdamSchefter Meanwhile, @MikeEvans13_ already has. 1,000 yard season for his 10th year in a row, leads the NFL with 13 touchdowns, and can have a touchdown career best if he gets two more to reach 15
@AdamSchefter Pretty cool, except his actually a slot receiver most of the time
@AdamSchefter Oh man Schefter messed up
@AdamSchefter The most creative beggar in history
@AdamSchefter Eighth* straight (getting it in before it gets edited or reposted)
@AdamSchefter Greg Olsen did it 3 years also it’s going to be his 8th year
@AdamSchefter ⚡Chargers allow total yards per game 283.8 (26th) and 4.4 yards per play (30th) since week 12. Kelce will get 16 yards on the first play 🤣🤣
@AdamSchefter I think this is such an important stat he has, it would be a shame to not go for the 16 yards! #Gofor16
