Access Champion Hazel here with a quick update 👋 This summer is going so quick and I am making the most of the warm weather. I spent a day at Bewilderwood Norfolk climbing, walking and avoiding wasps 🐝 It was a great day and so much fun 😁 Definitely worth a visit 👍

Friday Fitness Feeling Circuit Session It never gets easier, we just get better! This is great for fat loss and speeding up metabolism. It gives us an outlet for suppressed energies created by stress and thus tones the spirit, just as exercise conditions the body Access Champions
Wow! What a great walk we had today at Ferry Meadows 🌻 We walked a whopping 6.77 miles and feel absolutely amazing 💪💪 Now for some stretching with Aisleen and WOW work with Sonia 🌴
It was so much FUN using Vibrating Kettlebell’s today 💪🏼💪🏼 Sonia was teaching us that everything in life is VIBRATION! She said - “As you think you vibrate, as you vibrate you attract…” We loved using the kettlebells and look forward to using them again! Access Champions

Today, we visited Hampton on the bus as part of our travel training! 🚌 We had fun travelling at the top of the bus and looking out the windows 👀
In our WOW session we enjoyed a fitness walk and it was great to admire the incredible street art of Peterborough’s Nathan Murdoch! We also had a wellbeing chat then did some power band work, pushin’ n pullin’ 😂 but we felt better for doing it! Onwards! Access Champions 💪🏼💪🏼
