A state grand jury, made up of everyday, regular Arizonans, has handed down felony indictments in the ongoing investigation into the fake elector scheme in Arizona.
The fake elector scheme, had it succeeded, would have deprived Arizona’s voters of their right to have their votes counted for their chosen president in the 2020 election. It effectively would have made their right to vote meaningless.
We look forward to presenting our evidence in court and hope for a quick, fair and deliberate resolution that will best serve the interests of justice.
It must be remembered that the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law and convicted by a jury of their peers.
Please understand that any additional information provided by our office on this investigation will be limited and brief, and based on the information currently outlined in the indictments as we move forward in prosecuting this case.

@AZAGMayes Thank you! This gives me hope that our democracy will survive and the participants will see consequences for their actions.
@AZAGMayes This is election Interference from the Garland Gestapo.
@AZAGMayes You need to be removed from leadership for wasting taxpayer money. Arizona better wake up or it will be the next wasteland
@AZAGMayes You won't be helping Joe steal this year You're a criminal
@AZAGMayes Aren't you the same AG that threatened Mohave Country election officials if they proceeded with a hand count of ballots, you would have them arrested? They had doubts about the voting machine count, and you threatened them for doing their jobs. Shady.
