Nova Nation How we feeling? I thought I’d give you guys a week to cool down 🤣.. I’ve spoken to multiple members of the staff and I can tell you they are already working.. 2 rough seasons in a row so I understand the frustration from the fans. It’s ok to vent and express frustration but don’t let it make you stop supporting. #ATTITUDE THROUGH THE UPS AND DOWNS… you feel me? And those of you that complain about players… here’s the link to @friendsofnova Put your money where your mouth is 🤑🤑
@ARayfor3 How I’m feeling? Love my team 💙✌️
@ARayfor3 Fresh start coming in November! As a Mets fan, I have learned to live for the next season most of my life.
@ARayfor3 Man feels like yesterday you were laughing at UConn for teddy allen and now look at the state of the two programs, really warms the cockles of my heart ❤️
@ARayfor3 My sister was at Nova when Jay Wright was hired and Jay used to show up in the cafeterias and ask the students their opinions and listened to and engaged with them. Makes me wish that Kyle was like that, he may be seen as more relatable, may help the team morale/enthusiasm.
Go hire Johnnie Bryant to be Associate HC, and offensive coordinator. We bring the Knicks in-house to become a proper farm system (which I deeply approve of as a Knicks fan). But no matter what, we need an offensive mind on the bench, as it is very VERY clearly not something Kyle can do. And if that means we need to step away from the Wright coaching tree (which has no real glimmers of success aside from Jay himself), so be it. A question I haven’t really seen anyone discuss yet is whether Nova, as a franchise, is being properly served by this “keep it in the family” mentality we seem to have with coaching hires. I love the “play for those who came before us” and “play for the name on the front of the jersey” mentalities. They’re a key component that no Nova coach should ever cast aside. But that doesn’t mean that we need to keep hiring former players onto the bench
