Beds: You could not remove beds that a client was previously assigned to. Providers can now mark any beds as inactive to keep their bed board current or to re-organize a bed layout for any of their active locations.

In the clients record you now have a multi-select list to quickly choose all the documents you need the client to e-sign. Providers can now mark any fields which need to be filled out by the client as “client fillable” before a client signs an e-sign document

Documents: Remember when you had to click the dropdown each time you selected a document, for every document, to send to a client for signature? Let us hope we all forget that soon! You can now choose multiple documents to send for signature at the same time.

Navigation Tool Kit Navigators can now “Pass MPE Responsibility” on to clients who can then manage their own recovery plans from their client portal. Navigators now have visibility into resource ratings within the Recovery Plan section of the Navigation workflow.

Access to the Navigation workflow is restricted by the “Pass MPE Responsibility” permission which must be checked off by the Navigator before a client can access this functionality.

Client Recovery Plan Ownership: Clients can now interface with the Navigation Toolkit from their client portals with a navigator’s permission. This means that clients now can create and amend their own recovery plans!

Providers can now attach Organizational Resources directly to events that get scheduled on the Public Events Calendar. Clients have the ability to rate these attached resources just as they do for any resources attached to action items in a recovery plan

This is a time saver! New Public Event Calendar Functionality: Providers can automatically assign events to new and existing clients. Clients can now be batch assigned to public events by Program Enrollment, Client Group or Client Location

Discharging a client will now allow a provider to specify whether that client will be remaining available as an active alumnus in the recovery community. Discharge information will now be logged in the client record under the “Discharge” tab.

If the provider selects Criminal Justice discharge, user will be able to enter any related information into the notes section. Discharging a client due to “Reoccurrence of use” will now prompt the provider to log the date of that use.
