@British_Airways I am disgusted by your customer service . Having booked two flights for myself and my wife You transferred us to Vueling . This flight was cancelled then changed to delayed . After queuing for 4 hours without any communication we were told the flight had left !
@vueling a whole day waisted at Gatwick airport today as our flight was delayed and we were told to queue for information that took over 5 hours . No communication while queuing only to be told the flight had left once we reached the front of the queue. 1000’s of passengers left
