5. Read the policy: and the AI tool’s privacy terms. Some log everything. When in doubt, leave it out. Better to do it manually than risk a breach.

Yes! I send little teams messages during the day or call people up which I titled "barging into their virtual office". We get things done with crazy teamwork since it's so easy for multiple people to weigh in. I really enjoy everyone's personality....and we are timezones apart. Very far from isolated except for when I need to be heads down in something. Best of both worlds.

@AlexHormozi Order of magnitude matters for feedback though. If you aren't doing enough you also won't have feedback to improve, so more is the answer. Like your example of the flyers for your gym.
